Designed with shipment monitoring in mind, the EN 12830 compliant Tinytag Transit 2 is a robust, lightweight temperature recorder. The unit's low profile means that it can be easily slipped into product packaging, making it ideal for monitoring shipments of pharmaceuticals, foodstuffs and many other products. Memory for up to 8,000 readings. Logging rate 1 sec to 10 days with min, max & actual readings, battery life up to 2 years.
The TG-4080 logger can be downloaded using either a cable or an inductive pad. Using the logger with a cable offers a very cost effective solution for single unit downloads but when there is a need to download many units, the inductive pad option is much easier and faster.
Each logger has 2 LED indicators. The green light flashes to show that the logger is recording and the red light can be used to warn the user that the temperature (as previously set) had gone out of range, thus avoiding a ruined consignment.
The unit is BS EN128030 compliant, making it ideal for temperature monitoring of the transport, storage and distribution of chilled, frozen, deep and quick-frozen foods.
